Three years, counted to the end of the year. A voucher bought in 2026 is valid until December 31, 2029.

How is the voucher redeemed?

The recipient chooses what they like on www.stadtansichten-wernigerode.de and enters the voucher code in the cart. The amount is deducted immediately.

Can the voucher be used outside Germany?

Yes, for photo downloads, which are delivered worldwide. Calendars and postcards are shipped within Germany only – perfect if the recipient lives there.

What happens to the remaining balance?

If the voucher is not used up completely, the rest automatically arrives as a new code by email.

When does the voucher arrive?
