All prices on the product pages include statutory VAT where applicable and all other price components. Shipping costs are shown again clearly in the cart and during checkout, where you choose the shipping method.
Photo downloads and gift vouchers: worldwide
Digital products are delivered by download and email, in all countries offered at checkout. There are no shipping costs. Customers with a billing address outside the EU pay no German VAT on digital products.
Postcards and calendars: Germany only
We ship physical goods within Germany only. Would you like to send a calendar or postcards as a gift to someone in Germany? Simply enter their address as the delivery address. Customers from other EU countries are welcome to order with a delivery address in Germany or to collect the goods from us.
Shipping costs within Germany
- Postcards: €2.90 (standard shipping) or €3.56 for delivery to a Hermes parcel shop
- Calendars: €6.00 (standard shipping) or €5.00 for delivery to a Hermes parcel shop
- Large-format prints: no additional shipping costs
- Digital content (e.g. photo downloads, gift vouchers): no shipping costs
For delivery to a Hermes parcel shop, you enter your address and Hermes determines the nearest parcel shop.
If an order contains several products, we charge shipping only once, namely for the product with the highest shipping cost. Orders of €40 or more (incl. VAT) ship free of charge within Germany.
Collection
By prior arrangement you can collect any order free of charge from us at Büchtingenstraße 20, 38855 Wernigerode, Germany. Choose the shipping method “Local pickup” at checkout.
Delivery time
The delivery time is stated on each product page. For payment by bank transfer / prepayment, the delivery time starts when we receive your payment.
