1. Cart
Choose the products you want and add them to the cart with the “Add to cart” button. In the cart you can change the quantity or remove products. “Proceed to checkout” takes you to the next step.
2. Checkout
Enter your billing address and, if different, a delivery address. You can order as a guest or optionally create a customer account. If you already have one, you can log in. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
Then choose the shipping method and the payment method. You will find information on the pages Shipping & Delivery and Payment Methods.
3. Check and send your order
The checkout page shows an overview of your order with products, prices, shipping costs and total. Please check all details. With your browser’s “back” function you can return to the cart at any time to correct your details or cancel the ordering process.
Before you order, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions and take note of the cancellation policy. For digital content, the cancellation policy for digital content also applies. Information on how we handle your data can be found in the privacy policy.
By clicking “Place order and pay” you submit a binding order. With PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay you can also complete the order with the button of the respective payment provider.
4. Order confirmation
After sending your order you receive an email with a summary. How and when the contract of sale is concluded is described in section 3 of our terms and conditions.
Data sharing
We use your data to process your order and pass on the necessary data to the chosen payment provider and, for physical goods, to the shipping company. Details are in the privacy policy.
