A refreshing journey through Wernigerode, the colorful town in the Harz

Set among wide mountain landscapes, the calendar shows well-known sights and traditional architecture, but also modern sides of our favorite town.

Our path winds through narrow lanes and busy streets, accompanied by puffing narrow-gauge steam trains, and leads to quiet spots in nature. Some views are hidden or look different as the seasons change.

All photos were taken within the town of Wernigerode – snowy towers, pink spring blossoms, colorful autumn leaves, warm summer days and soft twinkling lights.
